I have 3 email accounts where I receive email... can I forward them all to my MailCurve™ account?

Yes... you can forward your mail from multiple accounts to your MailCurve™ address, and your MailCurve™ settings filter all your email copies to your iPhone.
Do you support webmail users, like Yahoo or Hotmail?

We support every iPhone user. Webmail providers like Yahoo and Hotmail offer you different options (and sometimes none at all) for forwarding your email to any other email address...
For Gmail and .Mac email users... it's simple. You will receive an additional email when signing up, that will direct you to an illustrated example of the settings needed to forward copies of your mail within the Gmail or .Mac webmail interfaces. It takes about a minute.
Yahoo! allows it's users to forward their mail, but not copies of it... and AOL does not allow forwarding. For these users we offer a POP forwarding feature. Using the POP settings for your account, we can send copies of all your mail to your MailCurve™ account. It doesnt change your email on your desktop at all, and all your account information is secure on our servers.
For Hotmail users... only Hotmail Plus users are even allowed POP access to their accounts. If you are a Hotmail Plus user we can offer you POP forwarding also.
NOTE... we will soon include POP forwarding settings right in your MailCurve interface. For now, we are offering it to our customers at no charge on an individual basis. If you are a Hotmail, Yahoo! or AOL user, you'll receive an additional email when signing up that will explain how to include POP forwarding in your MailCurve™ account.
Do I have to "sync" or anything?... I don't want to mess up my email on my computer.

No... no "syncing". MailCurve™ is much simpler, because it uses copies of all your email. All your email still arrives on your computer as it always does, and no matter what you do with the email on your iPhone (save, delete, reply...), your email on your computer is never affected.
I already have an email account I'm using on my iPhone, do I replace it?

Yes... you can just turn other accounts off on the iPhone for now, while setting up your MailCurve™ service.. no need to delete them yet. Once your MailCurve™ account is working, and you've confirmed you are receiving copies of all your email through your MailCurve™ account, you can then delete the other accounts off of your phone... because all your iPhone email from those other accounts will now be received through your MailCurve™ mobile account.
How do I create a webclip on my iPhone?....

The webclip only works when you've logged into your interface using the "Quick Login" link (included in your welcome email) This is a unique encrypted login, so when the webclip is created for your homescreen, it logs you into your account with one tap. Once you've logged in using the Quick Login link on your iPhone, create your webclip by tapping on the “+” at the bottom of your screen, tap on “Add To Home Screen”... you’ll see the MailCurve logo and name... Then just tap on “Add” in the upper right hand corner. Now your MailCurve webclip on your homescreen logs you into your account with one tap.
NOTE... creating the webclip on your iPhone only works when logged in using the "Quick Login" link. Using your username and password will not work.
The welcome email has this Quick Login link, and you can click on it from the iPhone to create your webclip mentioned above, or click on it anytime from the desktop to login to your account with one click.
My senders are getting messages bounced back to them, why?....
Sounds like you still have a lot of mail on your MailCurve server that needs to be deleted, possibly some with attachments, etc. The settings on your iPhone determine when your MailCurve mail is deleted from the server.
Go to settings on the iPhone, and to the MailCurve account you're using there. Scroll down and choose “Advanced”. You’ll see the “Delete From Server” setting... This should be set to “When Removed From Inbox”. This will ensure that when you no longer need to read an email on your iPhone and you delete it, it will be removed from the server as well.
Unfortunately, the iPhone does not yet independently store messages. So when you no longer need messages on the iPhone, be sure to delete them, especially messages with attachments. As always, this doesn’t effect your original messages on your computer at all...
